What’s in the box
We deliver between 08h00 and 17h00 on working weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery times varies depending on where you live, we however always strive to deliver within 1-5 working days.
We use courier services to deliver our parcels and are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
You will always be notified when your parcel is dispatched for delivery. Make proper arrangement to ensure that your delivery is received and signed for. Incredible Daily Delas will not be held accountable for failed delivery attempts.
Local customers are always welcome to arrange pick up within the stipulated working hours.
