• Return or exchange requests can be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • To return or exchange any items, please email us at admin@incredibledailydeals.co.za, clearly mentioning your order number and our customer support team will guide you on the process.
  • To be eligible for return, products must be in the exact condition you received them in. All packaging material must be undamaged and unused with the tags intact..
  • In case of a refund, delivery or postage costs shall not be included.
  • If your refund is approved, then it will automatically be credited to the original method of payment, within 7-10 days.
  • Incredible Daily Deals reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice to users.
  • All defective merchandise returned, must be returned with all cables, power supplies, documentation etc.
  • All returned products are subject to inspection and assessment before the refund or replacement can be processed.

Shipping returns

When returning a product, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
